I was happy with hotel's great location in the middle of jackson. Location: the property was so close to Market or the World Trade Center as well as Dallas. Places like Inwood Antique Mall were not too far away from from here too.

Absolutley disappointing! The breakfast was just bagels and muffins, frozen, great start to my day! And the kitchen in my room? Not a single pot or cup, who needs amenities, right? Oh, and where was my complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience? I was so close to giving a good review, but i just couldn't!

The room I booked was not the two-bedroom suite with kitchen, yet I was shifted to a different room with a pest control notice requiring belongings removal. While the area is suitable for Market-related events, the hotel feels outdated and in need of the promised remodel. I ended up seeking other accommodations after realizing this place wasn't up to par.
